Just got the oil changed on our Trax. Was in and out in no time

To Whom This May Concern, I apologize for my delayed response, as I was out of the country. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received for my Chevy Colorado regarding a coolant leak. While I understand that this issue is not currently covered under any issued recall by Chevy Motors, I am still experiencing ongoing inconvenience and unexpected expenses due to having to frequently refill the coolant reservoir. In fact, I have had to refill it once again since my service appointment. During my visit, I was disappointed that the technician did not offer guidance on how to manage the coolant issue between visits, such as demonstrating how to safely refill the reservoir or recommending the most appropriate coolant product for my vehicle. The experience felt dismissive, leaving me without actionable advice, which added to both my frustration and my out-of-pocket costs. As a Chevy customer, I expected a more supportive and informative approach to addressing vehicle issues, even those not under recall. I respectfully request that Chevy provide guidance, resources, or assistance to help manage this situation effectively, so that I can prevent further inconvenience and unnecessary expenses. Very nice Guys. Salesman and Finacial Guy. Really took the time to go over all options on vehical. Excused himself at the appropriate times for Us to discuss amoung ourselves. No pressure felt at all.
